1. High-Performance Electric Motor

The high-performance of Activa e and QC1 are as follows: The most anticipated Honda electric scooter, Activa e, is expected to offer several features. This electric scooter is available with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) that offers 6 kW of peak power with 22 Nm of torque. The Activa electric offers 0-60 km/h acceleration in just 7.3 seconds. It offers a top speed of 80 km/h.

The BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motor of the Honda QC 1 produces 1.8 kW of power and Nm of torque. The Honda QC 1 accelerates 0-40 kmph in 9.7 seconds. It provides 50 km of top speed.

2. Battery Pack

The Honda Electric is expected to come with a dual-swappable battery system. It has a 1.5 kWh battery pack and offers a range of 102 km. It has an IP65 waterproof rating. The swappable battery charging extends battery capacity, enhances range, faster charging, increased flexibility, and is convenient for urban commuters. The quick acceleration of the Honda Activa-e makes it easier to navigate through city traffic.

On the other hand, the Honda QC 1 has a 1.5 kWh fixed battery, providing a range of 80 km/h.

The Honda Activa e has a digital instrumental console, Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi, a 7-inch TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alert, roadside assistance, music control, a USB charging port, OTA, keyless ignition, a digital speedometer, and an odometer. Its additional features are topple alert, maintenance alert, 6GB RAM, and 32GB ROM. It has LED taillight, headlight, turn signal lamp, and DRLs.

The standout feature of Activa-e is the Honda RoadSync function. It is a smartphone app that connects your phone to a vehicle through Bluetooth. It helps to manage phone calls, listen to music, and use voice navigation while driving.

The Honda QC 1 has a 5-inch LCD display, LED lights, a USB type-C charging port, dual rear springs, telescopic front forks, and Standard and Econ riding modes.

5. Brakes and Tyres

The diameter of the front disc brake is 160 mm, and the rear drum brake is 130 mm. It has a telescopic front suspension and adjustable spring-loaded hydraulic rear suspension. It comes with 304.8 mm of alloy wheels at front and rear. The size of the front and rear tyre is 90/90-12 and 110/80-12, respectively.

The Honda QC1 is available with front and rear alloy wheels of 12 and 10-inch, respectively, with drum brakes on both sides.

6. Launching Date with Price Tag

The expected rollout date of Activa e is early 2025 with a price tag of Rs. 1.30 lakh. The sale of Activa-e is expected to release in February 2025 in three major cities: Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

The Honda QC1 offers 26 liters of under-seat storage. Additionally, it provides a small front apron for keeping a mobile phone and a charger.

The prebooking for QC 1 is expected to begin on January 1, 2025, with the delivery to begin in February.

7. Available in Different Colours

Both the Honda Activa-e and QC1 are expected to be available in different colors, such as Pearl Serenity Blue, Pearl Shallow Blue, Pearl Misty White, Pearl Igneous Black, and Matt Foggy Silver Metallic.

8. Warranty and Complimentary Services

Honda offers a 3-year or 50,000 km warranty, complimentary roadside assistance, and three free services for both models. It is applicable for one year. The company offers an extended warranty facility for battery packs.
